Employee Relations

Pete recognises the importance of talent, and offers his experience to optimise Seren Talent.

Having undertaken senior HR and employee relations roles within large corporations such as British Steel and Rolls-Royce, Pete also has a number of years operational experience as a Factory Manager within FMCG. Since 2018 he has managed his own company specialising in mediation and employee relations.

Pete is a Fellow of the CIPD and has an MSc in Strategic HR. He is also a Civil Mediation Council accredited mediator.
