Andrea joined the Advisory Board of Seren Talent to support innovative solutions and promoting the company in France as in Italy.

Andrea has worked in different industries (Manufacturing, Sales, HiTech, Financial Services). He founded You-mans, a start-up in Digital Learning and Innovative Pedagogies. Andrea is also a researcher in Motivation to Learn at Paris University.

Andrea holds an MSc in International Law and has held Senior HR Leadership positions in Italy and France.
