Rael joined the Advisory Board of Seren Talent to support the disruption of the recruitment industry. 

Guiding the development of a Wales-based start up offers the opportunity to support investment into South Wales.

Having worked within Manufacturing, Financial Services and MedTech, Rael saw the potential to change from a Sales based process to one that focuses on organisational value. 

Rael holds a MSc in Global Human Resource Leadership and has held Senior HR Leadership positions within a range of Global Organisations.
