Seren Talent Associate Terms & Conditions

Duration of appointment

The appointment is for an open-ended period and the incumbent can withdraw his / her position at any time with no requirement to serve notice.

Seren Talent reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any point without notice.

Role of the Associates

Associates will be shared job opportunities and it is their role to consider whether anyone within their own network is suitable for said role.

The Associate will make initial contact with the proposed candidate(s) and introduce the role and Seren Talent to the individual.

Seren Talent will engage the candidate once candidate authorization to do so is given.

Additionally, Associates are able to share and provide leads to Seren Talent of roles that might be suitable for the wider network of associates.

An introduction to the Seren Talent services should be made and if considered a suitable lead it would result in a referral payment.

Associates must confirm they have a candidate’s permission for Seren Talent to hold candidate details until this role is filled, for the purposes of contacting the candidate in relation to this role.

Time commitment

There is no defined requirement

Remuneration

Associates are remunerated based on the following conditions;

Fees are payable in month 4 after the candidate, or sourced role, has successfully started employment.

Outside interests including directorships and fully employed positions

It is accepted and acknowledged that you may have business and material interests other than those of Seren Talent.

Associates are requested to not submit candidates or roles from any organization that would cause a conflict and additionally on request Associates will be excluded from roles from named companies.

External Communication

Aligned with building the Seren Talent brand and corporate image it is requested, but not a requirement, that Associates align their LinkedIn profile as “Associate Seren Talent”.

The choice to create this networked brand is down to an individual Associate, but should be considered as a positive marketing tool.
